Join me in the Arboretum, Saturday morning, May 16th at 10am to get grounded, discuss the disconnect between our health and our footwear... AND to make some barefoot sandals. Bring some sport weight yarn (I'll probably have extra yarn on hand) and the appropriate size crochet hook (I'm using a G) if you'd like to play. No experience necessary - I'll show you - but you'll need the tools if you're interested in learning.
Prepare to take off those shoes :)
Also - if it's raining - I'll re-schedule, unless you're super hard-core, in which case, I'll be hard-core too.

Home fermentation is easy... but sometimes you need to see it done to gain the confidence you need to play around in your own kitchen. I have successfully fermented cabbage, ginger, milk, tea, fruit, and chicken feed :) Let me show you how easy it is - we'll start with sauerkraut, and maybe kombucha... I'm going to wing this... just wanted to share.
